We did pretty well packing for our four month adventure ranging from the warm August beaches of Bali to the cold November wind and rain in New Zealand. I did not pack for formal nights on a Celebrity Cruise. A few stops at the Op Shops (Opportunity Shops resell gently used clothes, books, etc.) and after a few hours at the mall and we are set for anything!
I can't believe Imfound these on sale. They are elegant Hush Puppies! They not only look fabulous, but I can even walk in them :) I don't wear high heels often, since I've had problems with my knees and for the last month it's been all sneakers and jandels (flip flops).
This is not a great photo, but it is a great dress! I'll post a photo after our first formal night on the ship.
Russ gets lots of husband points for waiting in the mall while I shopped. A dress and shoes in 1 1/2 hours is an all time shopping record for me!
We have been calling Jacqui whenever we have questions about the townhouse. She is Anne's daughter. She told us her parents own a winery so we went over for a tour :)
