I saw the Big Red Bus from our hotel and walked down the hill to investigate. The Group startled years ago providing free games, chips and soda to kids at the beach, so they would have something to do after school on Tuesdays. It has grown since then...serving hot dogs, burgers, yummy cupcakes, etc. Just one man had a good idea and now it has touched so many lives. Not just the kids, but all the volunteer servers as well. I love it!
The skate and bike park followed. All the kids are polite, take turns and older kids teach the younger ones.
Many of the rocks on the jetty were painted. I've included some of my favorites.
