We made one more stop before heading home - CHEESE


The dairy property was huge.  The tasting building was small and very rustic.


Did I mention that Russ loves cheese?


I had to have a cup of cappuccino, my new favorite beverage.


In most of the places we've been to eat or drink, they have had self serve water.  I think it's a great idea!


I love taking photos of fuzzy cows.  This steer posed proudly.


All the animals we've seen in Australia look so clean, fuzzy and happy.  


Russ brought home feta with dill.  We learned that feta can be made with cow milk or goat milk.  The cheese Russ chose was made with goat milk and really tasted like goat cheese to me, not feta.  It is delicious!
