Chef Russ has just placed the marinated chicken on the rotisserie 


Russ is just LOVING buying spices in bulk at the market.  I included a bottle of spice just for scale.

Morraccan chicken is lookin' good!  This is not a tiny chicken.  It is a BIG grille.

I'm sorry to say there aren't any photos of the completed bird.  I was so excited about dinner I completely forgot about taking a photo.  I will say it was delicious!

Note:  The other day I asked Russ if he smelled smoke in the house and he replied "yes, it's the smoked paprika."  Now that is a powerful aroma!
