Balinese Wood Carving


Friday, August 8, 2014........ARMA



    The craftsman draws a design on paper and transfers it to the wood.  
    Then he starts carving.


    This piece takes two days to complete and many of these will be used in this building.

    Wow, that's amazing...although, it does not look like very comfortable work. Nice talent & patience. Any idea what kind of wood they were using? Just curious..
